During these unprecedented times, we take our role as an essential service provider seriously and we remain open to service our customers. We understand that everyone is very concerned with the potential spread of the Coronavirus. We're following the guidelines put in place by the federal government, local governments and the CDC. Below are some of the safety precautions we've implemented to protect our team and our customers.
We're offering discounts for our customers who are able to stage their items outside of their property for pickup
Service contracts and payments are being processed 100% virtually, eliminating the need for unnecessary customer/staff interaction
We're vetting our customers before scheduling appointments and while en-route to make sure they're not showing signs and symptoms of illness
We are sending home any staff member exhibiting any symptoms of illness for the recommended period of time established by the CDC
All team members have been assigned masks and gloves
We are not assigning more than two team members to a truck
The same two team members are traveling together each day in the same truck which is dedicated to them
Tablets and equipment have been assigned to each team member
Our trucks and equipment are being disinfected daily
We've shut down our office; our truck staff are dispatching to and from their assigned trucks and our support staff is working from home
The company continues to hold regular teamwide virtual meetings to emphasize transparency and keep the lines of communication open
At 123JUNK, our charges are based on volume, not how long it takes or how heavy it is. We pro-rate based on how much space the items occupy on our truck beds.

Flights of stairs or carrying distances greater than 50 yards
Requirements from building to reserve elevators or loading docks
Requirements from building to provide certificate of insurance prior to appointment
Items that require dismantling prior to removal
Parking restrictions or truck access issues
Our trucks set the bar.
Our trucks are by far the largest standardized trucks in the Industry. Why does this matter? We charge based on how much space your items occupy on our truck bed. Larger trucks = more bang for you buck!
We don't do traditional door to door moves, but were happy to move items around within your property while were out there hauling away your unwanted items.
