During these unprecedented times, we take our role as an essential service provider seriously and we remain open to service our customers. We understand that everyone is very concerned with the potential spread of the Coronavirus. We're following the guidelines put in place by the federal government, local governments and the CDC. Below are some of the safety precautions we've implemented to protect our team and our customers.
We're offering discounts for our customers who are able to stage their items outside of their property for pickup
Service contracts and payments are being processed 100% virtually, eliminating the need for unnecessary customer/staff interaction
We're vetting our customers before scheduling appointments and while en-route to make sure they're not showing signs and symptoms of illness
We are sending home any staff member exhibiting any symptoms of illness for the recommended period of time established by the CDC
All team members have been assigned masks and gloves
We are not assigning more than two team members to a truck
The same two team members are traveling together each day in the same truck which is dedicated to them
Tablets and equipment have been assigned to each team member
Our trucks and equipment are being disinfected daily
We've shut down our office; our truck staff are dispatching to and from their assigned trucks and our support staff is working from home
The company continues to hold regular teamwide virtual meetings to emphasize transparency and keep the lines of communication open
We’re looking for dynamic customer service oriented, people-centric, hardworking, physically fit and responsible individuals to join our Truck Teams.
What to expect and what you need to bring to the table:
Participate in the interview process with prospective employees and assist with hiring decisions
Participate with on-boarding and training for all new employees hired to your team
Plan and conduct weekly staff meetings
Plan and conduct ongoing individual or group training as required
Plan and conduct bi-annual performance reviews
Plan in-house or off-site team activities
Dispatch & Logistics:
Conduct daily team huddles to review feedback and activity of prior and/or current day
Conduct end of day calendar audit, verify truck capacity and dispatch your team members for the following day
Conduct daily clockspot audit and produce bi-weekly payroll report
Maintain company vehicle files, schedule regular maintenance, repairs and inspections
Track and process permit and registration renewals
Office & Equipment Management:
Order, assign and track company uniforms
Oversee equipment inventory for trucks that are assigned to you
Client Experience Management:
Coach & mentor team members to hold them to the high standards of customer satisfaction
