During these unprecedented times, we take our role as an essential service provider seriously and we remain open to service our customers. We understand that everyone is very concerned with the potential spread of the Coronavirus. We're following the guidelines put in place by the federal government, local governments and the CDC. Below are some of the safety precautions we've implemented to protect our team and our customers.
We're offering discounts for our customers who are able to stage their items outside of their property for pickup
Service contracts and payments are being processed 100% virtually, eliminating the need for unnecessary customer/staff interaction
We're vetting our customers before scheduling appointments and while en-route to make sure they're not showing signs and symptoms of illness
We are sending home any staff member exhibiting any symptoms of illness for the recommended period of time established by the CDC
All team members have been assigned masks and gloves
We are not assigning more than two team members to a truck
The same two team members are traveling together each day in the same truck which is dedicated to them
Tablets and equipment have been assigned to each team member
Our trucks and equipment are being disinfected daily
We've shut down our office; our truck staff are dispatching to and from their assigned trucks and our support staff is working from home
The company continues to hold regular teamwide virtual meetings to emphasize transparency and keep the lines of communication open
We need to expand our scheduling team by identifying a Client Account Representative in order to keep up with our aggressive growth! We’re searching for full-time candidates to help us keep everybody’s junk out of the landfill!
What to expect:
Answer phones and schedule appointments with prospective clients
Confirm appointments and follow-up after appointments have been completed
Maintain rapport with ALL our valued clients!
Draft proposals and maintain thorough records of appointment transactions
What you need to bring to the table!
Enthusiasm for delivering top-notch customer service!
Inside/outside sales experience
Proven track record with the ability to identify and analyze problems and provide resolutions
Strong “people skills” who are organized and positive
Tech-savvy, comfortable with web applications, Google products, and email
Strong oral and written communication skills
BA/BS Degree with a background in Business Marketing, Management, Environmental Studies, or related fields are ideal
