123JUNK Wins Angies List Super Service Award

123JUNK has won the Angie’s List Super Service Award in the “Hauling” category. This is the first year that 123JUNK has received enough reviews on Angie’s List to qualify for the award, which requires a minimum number of graded reports to be submitted by Angie’s List users.

According to 123JUNK founder and owner Collin Wheeler, “This is the first year we’ve really been active in using Angie’s List as a way to build our business, and I didn’t realize we would establish that reputation so quickly.”

While everyone is happy to win the award so soon, nobody at 123JUNK is all that surprised to be one of the 5% of Angie’s List vendors who receive it.

“It’s really just the way we work,” notes Wheeler. He says that he and everyone else at 123JUNK have always held themselves to a high standard, even before there were any awards involved. While he says it’s an honor for him and his employees to receive the designation, he maintains that it’s not the awards that drive 123JUNK’s superior service efforts. It’s simply business. And in a business as dirty as junk removal, being clean and friendly goes a long way.

“With this kind of work, we’ve only really got two things: our process, and our people. It’s all about how you do it, and the Super Service award helps to highlight the high quality of the work we do. It’s encouraging to receive the award, and we expect several more of these in the coming years.”

Angie’s list is a directory that consumers pay to join. Users of Angie’s List can review and rate companies based on their own experiences. Companies who maintain an “A” rating, and meet the minimum number of reviews for their category, are eligible to receive the Angie’s List Super Service Award.
