During these unprecedented times, we take our role as an essential service provider seriously and we remain open to service our customers. Below are some of the safety precautions we've implemented to protect our team and our customers.
Our people mean the world to us and are the means to our success. So we like you to get to know them. Here’s one of our latest hires—meet Chelsea Smith.
I am a Client Account Representative, responsible for scheduling appointments with our existing and prospective clients. In my job, I figure out what people looking to remove and I see how we can help. I answer a lot of phone calls and talk to a lot of clients and learn what they’re looking to accomplish with our services. Then I help them to get it done within their schedule.
I was looking for a sales position that would allow me to help clients who needed a service that would be beneficial to them. I applied in many places, but liked the culture of 123JUNK. And once I had my first interview, I said, “I love this company!”
I looked at the growth of the company, the company culture, the client reviews, and the services they offered. They stood out to me in the way they value their clients, employees and processes. I wanted to a contributor to the success of the company.
I am about to celebrate my four-month anniversary.
The culture of excellence. You would think that being a junk removal company, we’d just want to take your junk. But we really thrive on the idea of being a premium company. We’re not just junk removal. We take nice items and like to donate them—that’s our top priority. We donate the majority of items we take and avoid as much stuff going into the landfill as possible. Clients can give items they’re really attached to to others who might need them, and they won’t just go into the trash.
I also love that everyone is super helpful, always has a smile on their face, and is excited to do their job. It’s never hard to get something accomplished, because everyone works together.
How important it is to just stay organized and make sure all my ducks are in a row. And that it’s OK to ask questions.
Being successful within the company, hitting a really good stride, and keeping that going.
I love to travel and I love all things outdoors. Trying new things and exploring the world. I’ve been to pretty much every state in America and a lot of international destinations. My favorite place so far is Italy.
Keep a smile on your face, always be happy, and always look for new things to perfect your process. Remember that nothing comes overnight.
Don’t worry, be happy.
At 123JUNK, our people make us the premier junk removal company of choice with our clients. They love our philosophy of donating and repurposing items and they know they will always have a great experience with us.
Originally from Dallas, TX, Chelsea Smith received her degree in sports medicine from Howard University. Her bubbly personality and excitement about serving made her an ideal choice for a new team member, and we couldn’t be happier that she chose us.
Give 123JUNK a call and talk to Chelsea. She’ll be glad to set you up with an outstanding junk removal and junk hauling experience.
