Job Title: Client Account Representative

Location: Chantilly, VA

This position schedules and manages our appointments and is our clients' first point of contact.

123JUNK is the DC Area's fastest growing junk removal service. Since opening our doors in 2008, we've averaged nearly 40% growth with each passing year. We need to expand our team in order to maintain our aggressive growth. We're seeking Full-Time candidates for our inside sales team immediatley! 


What we're seeking:

  • Both entry level and experienced sales associates 
  • Applicants whose values coincide with our mission to keep as many items out of the landfill as possible
  • Applicants with college degrees with a background in business marketing, management, environmental studies, or related fields
  • Organized Individuals who are good at following proven processes
  • Individuals with good "people skills"
  • Sales and cold calling experience strongly preferred


Position Details:

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments with prospective clients
  • Confirm appointments and follow-up after the appointment has been completed
  • Maintain rapport with our valued clients (we value ALL of our clients)
  • Draft proposals and maintain thorough records of appointment transactions


  • Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and comforatable with web applications and email
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively on teams
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify and analyze problems and provide resolutions
