123JUNK is the DC Area's fastest growing junk removal service. Since opening our doors in 2008, we've averaged over 40% growth with each passing year. We're looking to expand our salesforce in Northern VA, Maryland and Washington DC in order to continue this trend. We're seeking Full-Time candidates for our outside sales team immediately! 

What we're seeking:

  • Both entry level and experienced sales associates
  • Applicants whose values coincide with our mission to keep as many items out of the landfill as possible
  • Applicants with college degrees with a background in business marketing, management, environmental studies, or related fields
  • Public speaking and cold calling experience preferred
  • Applicants with a proven track record of managing their time
  • Responsible individuals capable of setting their own schedule and honoring their commitments without the need to be micromanaged

Position Details:

  • Actively pursue new clients through traditional and non-traditional sales techniques
  • Solicit business from new and existing clients
  • Establish and maintain rapport with our valued clients
  • Attend networking functions, trade shows and maintain a weekly schedule of 1:1 appointments with industry partners
  • Compose accurate and timely on-site service estimates
  • Draft proposals and maintain thorough records of appointment transactions
  • Draft and submit reports, including but not limited to expense reports, mileage logs, and sales progress reports
