This is a dynamic position that requires the person to be efficient, friendly, intelligent and motivated.

Job Duties:

• Composing accurate and timely on-site service estimates.
• Drafting proposals and maintaining detailed records of appointment transactions.
• Establishing and maintaining rapport with our valued clients – and we value all our clients.
• Soliciting new business from new and existing clients.
• Coordinating logistics for transporting items to donation, recycling, and disposal centers.
• Safely operating a stake body dump truck (No CDL required).
• Lifting, carrying, loading and sorting items from clients' homes.
• Maintaining open communication with dispatch and other crews.

Job Requirements:

• Physical ability to repeatedly lift and carry bulky, heavy items (up to 100+ lbs.) over varying grades.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no major traffic offenses.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening.
